Melbourne Wine School is a fantastic place to learn about wine, whether you're just getting started or looking to take your knowledge to the next level. They offer a range of courses, including the popular WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certifications, like Levels 1, 2, and 3.     I took the WSET Level 2 course here, and it was such an enjoyable experience. The instructors were super knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand, even the more technical stuff. The tasting sessions were a highlight—they really helped bring everything we were learning to life.     If you're looking to learn more about wine in a relaxed and supportive environment, Melbourne Wine School is definitely worth checking out. It’s a great place to dive into wine education while having a lot of fun along the way!

MARLEY SPOON

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, I signed up for Marley Spoon, an Australian meal kit delivery service that provides fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes straight to your door.  This service reignited my passion for cooking, allowing me to experiment with diverse cuisines and dishes I hadn't tried before. Each week, I selected from a variety of recipes, which made meal planning both convenient and exciting.  As I became more confident in the kitchen, I started pairing my meals with different wines, enhancing the dining experience. The convenience of having everything delivered, combined with the fun of trying new recipes and wine pairings, turned meal preparation into a highlight of my day.
